Great hotel close to the mountain presidential palace. Clean rooms with very large beds. Friendly staff that were very accommodating because I had to cut short my stay. The offered a partial refund.
The hotel is quite nice. The room was quiet. The location is okay but it’s a little bit far from the metro. There’s a supermarket downstairs and a restaurant. The only issue was the staff were quite unhelpful. We were on the 26th floor and ordered delivery. They have a robot which delivers items to the rooms but they robot won’t take food or drinks. There are several staff members downstairs but nobody to take items upstairs in place of the robot. Staff seem quite lazy and ingenious. You can probably find better hotels with better trained and more competent staff.
